UV DTF Sticker Pressing Instructions

Get Your Materials Ready:

Ensure you have all your materials ready before you begin. Gather your UV DTF stickers, the item you wish to apply them to (glass, plastic, metal, etc.), a squeegee or similar tool, and a clean, flat surface.

Prepare the Surface:

1. Clean the surface where the sticker will be applied thoroughly. Remove any dust, grease, or dirt using a lint-free cloth and a suitable cleaning solution.
2. Ensure the surface is completely dry before applying the sticker.

Apply the UV DTF Sticker:

1. Peel off the backing paper from the UV DTF sticker carefully, ensuring the adhesive side is exposed without touching it too much.
2. Position the sticker on the desired surface, ensuring it is aligned correctly.
3. Use a squeegee or similar tool to firmly press the sticker onto the surface. Start from the center and move outward to eliminate air bubbles.

Press and Cure (Optional):

If additional curing is required (based on sticker type), follow the manufacturer’s instructions:

1. Use a UV lamp or curing light if specified. Place the sticker under the light for the recommended time to ensure proper adhesion and durability.
2. Avoid over-curing, as it can affect the sticker's appearance.

Finishing Touches:

1. Inspect the sticker to ensure it is fully adhered to the surface. Smooth out any remaining air bubbles or edges with your squeegee.
2. Allow the sticker to settle for a few hours before exposing it to extreme conditions (e.g., water, heat, or heavy handling).
